What to do during Milan Fashion Week 2026

Build your MFW visit around appointments you can actually attend, then add a night that suits your group. The 22–28 September 2026 edition presents Spring/Summer 2027 collections; shows, exhibitions and parties follow different schedules and access rules.

Start with the day, then the access

Open the calendar on the date you will be in Milan. A long list of famous brands is less useful than a realistic sequence of appointments: check whether each one is public, requires registration or is invitation-only. Use the format filter to compare runway shows, presentations and culture without mistaking a show start for an all-day opening.

Include exhibitions and public appointments

The CNMI programme includes Camera Moda Fashion Trust at The Apartment, Via Fatebenefratelli 5, on 22–26 September, with public access indicated. NABA on 22–23 September requires prior accreditation. These are different attendance conditions: follow the event page and its source before making a plan, and keep any confirmation you receive.

Choose a cultural stop that fits the route

The programme includes exhibitions such as Dalí e la moda at Palazzo Reale from 24 September and Viktor&Rolf. Spectrum at 10 Corso Como from 25 September. Their runs extend beyond MFW, so choose a visiting day and check the venue’s hours and admission terms. An exhibition’s full date range is not a daily opening guarantee.

Leave room between appointments

Check the street address for each stop rather than planning from the brand name alone. Presentations and shows take place across the city, and some locations are disclosed only on invitations. Keep travel and check-in separate from the published start time. For a private location, use the organiser’s confirmation instead of guessing from a map result.

Pick the evening as its own event

Justme’s dated programme includes MFW Paloma on 23 September, Franky Rizardo on 24 September and Bob Sinclar on 26 September. Pineta and Aria have their own dated nights during the same week. Compare their individual pages for opening times, age requirements, dress code and admission options. A daytime fashion invitation does not cover the night out.

Keep one usable plan

Save the event pages and the organiser’s confirmations, then check for changes before leaving. For a club reservation request, send the concierge the night, date and group details on WhatsApp. If you buy through an approved admission link, send the purchase confirmation too. The request itself is not a ticket or a guaranteed table.

Can I enjoy MFW without attending a runway show?

Yes: compare exhibitions, public appointments and events requiring registration, then choose a separately bookable night. Check the access conditions for each stop.

Why does September 2026 refer to SS2027?

The September 2026 Milan Fashion Week presents the Spring/Summer 2027 collections. The collection season and the event date are different.

Should I plan several shows back to back?

Only if your invitations, locations and travel plan allow it. The published start time does not include the journey or check-in, and finish times may be unannounced.
